Requires each superior court to report data on petitions filed under Section 1203.4b (relief for those who participated in California Conservation Camp or county hand crew programs) beginning May 1, 2026, and every other year thereafter.

Superior courts must report the number of petitions filed, dates filed and decided, number granted and denied, number pending, and whether filed by public defender, defense counsel, nonprofit organization, or self-represented defendant.

Requires the Judicial Council to compile statewide data from all superior courts and submit a report to the Legislature beginning June 1, 2026, and every other year thereafter.

This reporting requirement expires and is repealed on January 1, 2036.
