Requires the Department of Transportation to adopt a statewide integrated pest management policy by January 1, 2026, for use on state roads and highways, developed in consultation with the Department of Pesticide Regulation and UC Statewide Integrated Pest Management Program.

Restricts pesticide use to least harmful products and methods, with exceptions only for fire hazard severity zones, invasive species eradication, or habitat restoration where non-chemical methods are infeasible.

Mandates the Department of Transportation comply with local integrated pest management policies in cities and counties that have adopted more restrictive policies than the statewide standard.

Requires public disclosure on the Department of Transportation's website by December 31, 2026, and annually thereafter, showing the amount, location, type, and formulation of pesticides used by city and county.

Requires notification at least 24 hours before pesticide application through the Department of Transportation's website, mobile application, or other appropriate communication methods.
