Designates portions of State Highway Routes 20 and 99 in Yuba City, Sutter County for inclusion in the National Purple Heart Trail to honor wounded or killed combat veterans.

Requests the Department of Transportation determine costs for installation and maintenance of Purple Heart Trail signs and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover expenses.

Expands California's existing National Purple Heart Trail designations, which previously included portions of Interstate Routes 5 and 80, State Route 101, State Route 223, and State Routes 20 and 70 in other counties.

Notes Yuba City's existing veteran memorial sites including Yuba City Veterans Memorial Community Building, Sutter County Veterans Memorial Park, Plumas Street Flagpole, and Yuba City Cemetery.
