Designates a 2.185-mile portion of Interstate 80 in Placer County, from Douglas Boulevard Overcrossing (postmile 1.975) to State Route 65 junction (postmile 4.160), as the Sergeant Nicole Gee, United States Marine Corps Memorial Highway.

Honors Sergeant Nicole Gee, who was born May 1, 1998, in Vail, Colorado, raised in Roseville, California, and entered active duty with the United States Marine Corps in August 2017.

Recognizes Sergeant Gee's military service and awards including the Purple Heart, Combat Action Ribbon, and Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal, and her meritorious promotion to Sergeant while in Kuwait on August 2, 2021.

Acknowledges that Sergeant Gee died on August 26, 2021, at age 23 in Kabul, Afghanistan, while assisting in the evacuation of more than 100,000 refugees during a humanitarian mission.

Requests that the Department of Transportation determine the cost of appropriate signs for the memorial highway designation and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover costs.
