Notes that 23 percent of drivers are unaware of California's "move over" law requiring drivers to change lanes or slow down when approaching stopped emergency vehicles with flashing lights

Expresses legislative appreciation for roadside assistance workers and aims to reinforce public awareness of move over laws to reduce workplace fatalities
