Recognizes that this highway route historically served as a seasonal migration pathway for the Luiseño people between the San Luis Rey valley and the California coast

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation and to erect those signs upon receipt of donations from nonstate sources to cover expenses

Acknowledges over 10,000 years of Luiseño occupation in the San Luis Rey valley and the cultural and historical significance of this territory to the tribe
