Designates November 2024 as California's Sikh American Awareness and Appreciation Month to recognize contributions of Californians of Sikh heritage to the state.

Acknowledges significant historical achievements of Sikh Americans, including founding the first U.S. gurdwara (Stockton Sikh Temple) in 1912, establishing educational scholarships at UC Berkeley, and producing notable figures like Dalip Singh Saund, the first Asian American elected to Congress.

Recognizes Sikh American contributions to agriculture, business, military service since World War I, medicine, law, engineering, and government, including current service as mayors and council members in California cities.

Condemns all hate crimes and bias incidents against Sikh Americans and encourages all Sikhs to practice their faith freely and fearlessly, noting that Sikhs are among the top five most targeted faith groups since 2015 and experience bullying at twice the national average.

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to distribute copies of the resolution to legislators, the California Sikh American community, and interested organizations.
