Designates the portion of Interstate 5 between the Pico-Lyons Overcrossing and the McBean Parkway Overcrossing in Santa Clarita as the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy Hagop "Jake" Kuredjian Memorial Highway

Honors Deputy Kuredjian, who was shot and killed on August 31, 2001, at age 40, after serving 17 years as a law enforcement officer

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs displaying this special designation

Requires signs to be erected only upon receiving donations from nonstate sources sufficient to cover all costs

Directs the Chief Clerk of the Assembly to transmit copies of the resolution to the Director of Transportation and the bill author
