Honors California Highway Patrol Officer Andy Ornelas (badge number 21685) who died on December 2, 2020, from injuries sustained while responding to a motor vehicle accident in the Antelope Valley Area

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine costs for appropriate memorial signs that include the California Highway Patrol star and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover expenses
