Authorizes the Director of General Services, with Department of Fish and Wildlife consent, to lease Building A and a storage building at Mount Shasta Fish Hatchery to Mt. Shasta Museum Association at no cost for up to 25 years with renewal possibility.

Requires leased property be used exclusively for historical museum operations and environmental educational purposes.

Mandates Mt. Shasta Museum Association maintain liability insurance, allow reasonable public access, and maintain the leased building in good condition.

Requires lease to include indemnification provisions protecting the state, the department, and their agents from liability arising from the lessee's acts or omissions.
