License display requirement modified to apply only when licensees render professional clinical services in person for marriage and family therapists, educational psychologists, clinical social workers, and professional clinical counselors.

Client notice requirements expanded effective July 1, 2025 to include licensee's full name as filed with board, license or registration number, license type, and expiration date for all four regulated professions.

Supervision terminology changed from "supervisee" to "person receiving supervision for providing clinical mental health services" across all four licensing acts, and supervisor caseload limits revised to apply only to supervisors in nonexempt settings supervising unlicensed persons.

Supervision via videoconferencing permitted for persons in exempt settings beginning January 1, 2026, with supervisors conducting appropriateness assessments within 60 days of supervision commencement for certain provisions.

Requirement to display renewal receipt near clinical social worker license repealed; delivery of client notices must be documented.
