Establishes the Armenian Medical Graduate Physician Assistant Training Program to create a licensure pathway for Armenian medical graduates who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents

Requires the Physician Assistant Board to establish a Training Program Advisory Task Force comprising physician assistant program directors, Armenian medical graduates, the California Academy of Physician Assistants, and federally qualified health center directors

Task force shall develop a 12-15 month training program curriculum meeting existing standards and clinical training requirements consistent with state law and board regulations

Armenian medical graduates completing the training program and passing the written examination required under Section 3517 become eligible for physician assistant licensure

Requires all funding for program implementation to be secured from nonprofit philanthropic entities, with the program not proceeding without such funding
