Increases the monthly limit on bingo overhead costs from $2,000 to $3,000 per month, effective January 1, 2025.

The $3,000 monthly limit will be increased annually by the annual average percentage change in the California Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers.

Overhead costs include rental of property, purchase of bingo equipment, administrative expenses, security equipment, and security personnel.

The overhead cost limit remains subject to the lower of either 20% of proceeds before prize deductions or the monthly dollar amount (now $3,000 indexed annually).
