Limits the cost of compliance with accessible path of travel requirements to 20% of adjusted construction cost for school projects approved by the Division of the State Architect on or before December 31, 2030, that improve community ecological health, climate resilience, or pupil well-being and incorporate nature.

Eligible projects include removing impervious pavement and replacing with permeable surfaces or vegetation, planting trees for shade, regenerating ecological systems, supporting outdoor education, installing stormwater management systems, and enhancing access to natural features on school grounds.

Excludes projects without live vegetation, those using artificial turf or toxic materials, projects with non-climate-adapted or invasive plants, sports fields or courts, and building construction or modernization from the 20% cost limitation.

Requires projects to maintain accessible space, meet ADA and California Building Standards Code accessibility requirements, and be located on school district, county office of education, or charter school campuses.

Authorizes the Division of the State Architect to adopt implementing regulations and repeals this section on January 1, 2032.
