Requires conservators to provide notice to interested persons at least 20 days before removing a conservatee from their current or personal residence, except in emergencies.

Expands notice recipients to include persons who have requested special notice under Section 2700, in addition to existing family and petition-named relatives.

Requires conservators to notify specified persons of the date, time, and location of any funeral, burial, or memorial arrangements made for the conservatee, with notice delivered electronically whenever possible.

Defines "interested person" to include family members of the conservatee not otherwise listed and friends of the conservatee for purposes of receiving special notice.

Changes minimum notice period from 15 days to 20 days when conservator proposes to remove conservatee from current or personal residence.
