Extends provisions requiring enforcement agencies to issue notices of violation in mobilehome parks until January 1, 2027, with repeal scheduled for January 1, 2030.

Increases the correction period for non-emergency violations from 60 days to 90 days from the postmarked date or personal delivery of the notice.

Beginning January 1, 2027, requires enforcement agencies to exhaust all administrative and legal recourse against residents who fail to correct violations before pursuing action against mobilehome park owners or operators.

Requires enforcement agencies to develop lists of local home rehabilitation or repair programs and provide them to residents receiving violation notices, including programs funded by the Manufactured Housing Opportunity and Revitalization (MORE) Program.

Allows enforcement agencies to extend correction timelines by 30 days or additional reasonable periods upon determining valid reasons for non-compliance, such as weather, illness, or financial constraints.
