Requires the Department of Cannabis Control to collect demographic data (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, income level, education level, prior convictions, and veteran status) from every cannabis license applicant at initial issuance or renewal.

Mandates the department publish aggregate demographic data on its internet website while maintaining confidentiality of individual applicant information.

Prohibits the department from releasing demographic information in any form that could identify an individual applicant or licensee.

Specifies that providing demographic information is voluntary and cannot be required as a condition of licensure or renewal, and licensees cannot be disciplined for refusing to provide it.

Becomes operative only when the Department of Cannabis Control unifies its licensing system under the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act.
