Amends Section 15408 of the Probate Code to increase the threshold for trustee authority to terminate a trust from $50,000 to $100,000 in fair market value of principal.

Grants trustees the power to unilaterally terminate a trust when its principal does not exceed $100,000, without requiring court petition or approval.

Maintains existing court procedures allowing termination or modification of trusts when fair market value is low relative to administration costs, regardless of the dollar threshold.

Clarifies that spendthrift or transfer restriction provisions on beneficiary interests do not prevent application of termination authority under this section.
