Requires the California Gambling Control Commission to post a public record of every vote on its internet website no later than the close of business on the second business day after the meeting at which the vote was taken.

Maintains the existing requirement for the commission to keep a public record of every vote at its principal office in Sacramento.

Makes minor grammatical changes to existing provisions regarding public records and meeting procedures of the Gambling Control Commission.
