Prohibits chain restaurants from serving beverages in single-use drinking vessels if the customer indicates intent to consume the beverage on the premises.

Permits chain restaurants to serve beverages in single-use drinking vessels if the customer indicates intent to consume the beverage off the premises.

Requires chain restaurants to provide proof of available reusable drinking vessels upon request by an enforcement agency.

Subjects violators to the same enforcement provisions as existing single-use straw restrictions, including notices of violation for first and second violations and fines up to $300 annually for subsequent violations.
