Authorizes A–G Completion Improvement Grant funds to pay Cambridge Assessment International Education exam fees for unduplicated pupils, in addition to existing Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate fees.

Adds Cambridge International AS & A Level examinations to the list of assessments that may measure pupil academic growth for principal evaluations.

Expands educational counseling programs to explicitly encourage pupil participation in Cambridge International AS & A Level programs alongside Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate programs.

Allows Cambridge International A Level (score E or higher) and AS Level (score e or higher) exam passage to demonstrate language proficiency for the State Seal of Biliteracy, alongside existing Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate options.

Requires local control and accountability plans to measure pupil achievement by the percentage of pupils passing Cambridge International A Level or AS Level examinations, and includes Cambridge courses as an option for earning postsecondary credits in the Golden State Pathways Program and Career Technical Education Incentive Grant Program.
