Adds living in a medically underserved area or population designated by the federal Health Resources and Services Administration to the list of life experiences and special circumstances considered in community college nursing program multicriteria screening admissions.

Explicitly includes various languages of the African continent in the list of high-frequency languages that may receive credit consideration in nursing program admissions processes.

Extends the sunset date for community college registered nursing program admission provisions from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2030.

Requires community college nursing programs using multicriteria screening to report annual admissions policies and demographic information on admitted and completing students to the Chancellor.

Maintains existing requirements that the Chancellor submit annual reports to the Legislature and Governor on participation, retention, and completion rates of students admitted through multicriteria screening processes.
