Increases income eligibility threshold for breast and cervical cancer treatment services from 200% to 250% of the federal poverty level, effective no later than July 1, 2026.

Applies the new 250% threshold to individuals screened by providers participating in the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention breast and cervical cancer early detection program who need cancer treatment.

Maintains existing requirements that eligible individuals must be California residents, uninsured or underinsured, and have been found ineligible for Medi-Cal benefits before receiving treatment services.

Amends Health and Safety Code Sections 104150 and 104162 to implement the expanded eligibility criteria for state-funded cancer screening and treatment programs.
