Requires the State Department of Education, in consultation with the Department of Justice and California Health and Human Services Agency, to maintain lists of approved evidence-based training programs for suicide awareness and prevention, safety training and violence prevention, and social inclusion, with at least one free option for each topic.

Mandates that each school district, county office of education, and charter school serving grades 6-12 provide at least one hour or one standard class period per school year of instruction on suicide awareness and prevention, safety training and violence prevention, and social inclusion beginning July 1, 2027, with opt-out provisions for parents or guardians.

Requires each local educational agency to enter into an agreement with an anonymous reporting program by July 1, 2027 that operates 24/7, coordinates with school personnel and law enforcement, and submits annual reports on the number and type of reports received.

Mandates that local educational agencies submit annual data to the State Department of Education and Department of Justice beginning July 1, 2028, including information on threat types, disciplinary actions, mental wellness referrals, and demographics of affected pupils, disaggregated by school.

Requires immediate removal of false reports from a pupil's record if a local educational agency determines a report is false and the subject is a student.
