Requires the Housing Authority of the County of Alameda to conduct an evaluation and review of its internet website by January 1, 2026, ensuring it is easily accessible and navigable for non-English speakers, with high visibility of audits, budgets, policies, consumer rights, and financial information.

Mandates the authority to publish Housing Choice Voucher program waitlist data on its website beginning March 31, 2025, including the number of households on the waitlist, household configuration data, and the number of households selected in the preceding 12 months.

Requires the authority to develop and publish an annual data-driven report by September 30 each year starting in 2025, containing employment information and program effectiveness data including individuals housed, waitlist statistics, and Family Self-Sufficiency program metrics.

Prohibits disclosure of personal or sensitive information of program participants in any published data or reports.

Provides that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill imposes state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made pursuant to Government Code Part 7.
