Exempts agreements entered into before January 1, 2025, allowing existing vendor arrangements to continue.

Exempts agreements where private third-party vendors have obtained dedicated TSA security lanes for their exclusive use at the airport.

Clarifies that airlines certified under federal regulations are not considered private third-party vendors and can continue offering priority lanes to their passengers.

Establishes that violations of this prohibition constitute a crime under the State Aeronautics Act.
