Requires public and private secondary schools (grades 7-12) issuing student ID cards to print the Title IX Coordinator's telephone number starting July 1, 2025.

Allows secondary schools to also print telephone numbers for the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights, state Civil Rights Department, or State Department of Education's Office of Equity, Civil Rights, Title IX.

Requires institutions of higher education issuing student ID cards to print the Title IX Coordinator's telephone number (or community college district coordinator for community colleges) starting July 1, 2025.

Allows higher education institutions to also print telephone numbers for the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights or Civil Rights Department for Title IX assistance.

Maintains existing requirements for schools and institutions to print National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-8255) and National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233) numbers on identification cards.
