Requires the California Cradle-to-Career Data System to create a teacher training and retention dashboard by January 1, 2026, displaying information on teacher pipelines, credentialing, hiring, retention, demographics, vacancies, and participation in teacher shortage and diversity programs.

Mandates the State Department of Education annually collect data on award recipients in the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Certification Incentive Program, including assignment and demographic information.

Requires the Student Aid Commission to annually collect demographic data on grant recipients in the Golden State Teacher Grant Program and integrate this data into the Cradle-to-Career Data System when feasible.

Modifies the Golden State Teacher Grant Program to prioritize awards to applicants with the lowest income and asset levels (calculated using Student Aid Index methodology) beginning July 1, 2024.

Updates Section 44393 to require annual reporting on the California Classified School Employee Teacher Credentialing Program with intent to integrate data into the Cradle-to-Career Data System.
