Deletes authorization for the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District to enforce covenants, conditions, and restrictions or assume duties of the Arrowhead Woods Architectural Committee.

Makes legislative findings and declarations that special statute authority is necessary for the Lake Arrowhead Community Services District due to unique circumstances.

Amends Section 61105 of the Government Code, which provides special statutory powers to specific community services districts.

Effective upon approval by Governor on July 2, 2024.
