Authorizes Stony Creek Joint Unified School District to operate one or more schools on a 4-day school week beginning in the 2025–26 school year, subject to minimum instructional time requirements.

Requires the district to submit an annual plan by June 1 that includes an annual school calendar with at least 5 additional instructional days as a buffer in case schools cannot operate for certain reasons.

Mandates the district provide free nutritionally adequate breakfast and lunch 5 days per week to all pupils who request meals, regardless of federal meal program eligibility.

Prohibits the district from operating a 4-day school week in any school year following a year in which it experiences a decline in status in 50% or more of state performance indicators.

Sunsets these provisions on July 1, 2029, with full repeal effective January 1, 2030.
