CA SB1443

Adds a representative from the State Council on Developmental Disabilities to the California Interagency Council on Homelessness as a council member.

Expands the council's goals to include developing a strategic funding guide and calendar of new or existing funding opportunities for eligible applicants, with state agencies required to provide quarterly updates on funding opportunities.

Requires state agencies administering homelessness programs to submit fiscal and outcome data to the council annually beginning February 1, 2027, with council staff to make aggregated data publicly available by June 1, 2027.

Adds the Governor's Tribal Advisor as a council member if SB 1443 is enacted after Assembly Bill 799.
