Extends the operation of the California Architects Board from January 1, 2025 to January 1, 2029, making the board subject to legislative review at that time.

Requires architects and landscape architects to file current email addresses with the board; email addresses are protected as private records and not subject to public disclosure except by court order.

Changes license expiration from 5 years to 2 years from the last day of the month in which the license was issued or renewed.

Allows the board to extend application and examination periods beyond 5 years if a state of emergency is declared by the Governor.

Establishes new fee amounts for various licensing activities with board authority to increase fees up to specified maximum amounts, including application fees up to $150, examination fees up to $150, and renewal fees up to $600.
