Amends Section 290.09 of the Penal Code regarding sex offender risk assessments using the State-Authorized Risk Assessment Tool for Sex Offenders (SARATSO)

Changes the timeline for sex offender management professionals to send SARATSO assessment scores to the Department of Justice from 5 working days to 30 days after assessment

Requires the certified sex offender management professional (rather than the parole agent or probation officer) to submit scores directly to the Department of Justice within 30 days

Maintains requirement that scores be provided to the offender's parole agent or probation officer as soon as possible but not later than 30 days after assessment
