The annual report must include details on peace officer certification applications, certifications granted or denied, reported events, investigations conducted, and review processes.

Requires reporting on the number of administrative hearings held, certifications suspended or revoked, certifications voluntarily surrendered, and compliance audits conducted.

Requires inclusion of judicial review cases involving commission actions on suspension or revocation and any other information the board deems relevant to evaluating the certification and decertification process.
