Expands the definition of "food delivery platform" to include completion of deliveries and beverage orders in addition to food orders.

Requires food delivery platforms to remove food facilities from their platform within 3 business days of receiving a removal request.

Requires food delivery platforms to inform food facilities before signing agreements about fees for each service plan and features included, and to notify facilities of any material agreement changes.

Excludes fees and commissions from the definition of "purchase price" so customers cannot be charged more than the menu price listed by the food facility.

Requires food delivery platforms to disclose order status clearly and regularly to both customers and food facilities, including delivery method, anticipated delivery date and time, and delivery confirmation.
