Authorizes Arizona-licensed physicians to register and practice medicine in California through November 30, 2024, solely to provide abortions and abortion-related care to Arizona residents traveling to California for such care.

Requires registering physicians to hold an active Arizona medical license authorizing abortion care, have performed abortion-related care in Arizona within the past two years, and submit verification of good standing license status to California's Medical Board or Osteopathic Medical Board.

Prohibits registered physicians from providing care unrelated to abortions or abortion-related care, and from treating patients who are not Arizona residents, except in emergency situations or as otherwise provided by law.

Makes it a misdemeanor punishable by up to $10,000 fine and/or up to one year imprisonment for providing false information on the registration affidavit.

Limits public disclosure of registered physicians' information to name, registration status, and Arizona license number only; exempts all other records from California Public Records Act disclosure; registration becomes inoperative December 1, 2024, and repeals January 1, 2025.
