Adds a representative from the State Council on Developmental Disabilities to the California Interagency Council on Homelessness as a council member.

The representative joins other state agency directors and officials already serving on the council, which is chaired by the Secretary of Business, Consumer Services, and Housing and the Secretary of California Health and Human Services Agency.

The council's existing goals include identifying mainstream resources to prevent homelessness, promoting systems integration, coordinating funding, and making policy recommendations to legislators and government entities.

No appropriation is required, and the bill requires a majority vote to pass.
