Expands the licensing exemption for serving beer or wine at barbering and cosmetology establishments to apply to "any service" provided by regulated establishments, rather than limiting it to specific salon or barber shop services.

Maintains existing requirements: no extra charge for beverages, establishment license must be in good standing with the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, maximum 12 ounces of beer or 6 ounces of wine per client, and service only during business hours ending by 10 p.m.

Preserves local government authority to restrict or limit consumption of alcoholic beverages in these establishments pursuant to existing law.

Approved by Governor on September 22, 2023 and filed with Secretary of State same date.
