Requires candidates for elective office to file a candidate experience disclosure form disclosing entire prior education, work history, and military service history when filing a declaration of candidacy, beginning January 1 following certification of a new online filing system.

Mandates the Fair Political Practices Commission to create the candidate experience disclosure form and requires candidates to sign a statement under penalty of perjury certifying the information is accurate.

Requires the Secretary of State to post completed disclosure forms on its website and make them publicly available for 4 years from the election date.

Makes knowingly false statements on the disclosure form a misdemeanor and establishes a late filing fee for submissions within 30 days after the deadline; designates violation as grounds for disqualification and removal from elective office.

Applies to all cities, including charter cities, and clarifies the Legislature's intent that the measure furthers the purposes of the Political Reform Act of 1974.
