Amends Section 25607 of the Business and Professions Code to add craft distilled spirits manufacturer's licenses and brandy manufacturer's licenses to exceptions allowing multiple alcoholic beverage licenses at a single premises

Permits holders of beer manufacturer's licenses, winegrower's licenses, craft distilled spirits manufacturer's licenses, or brandy manufacturer's licenses in any combination to have authorized alcoholic beverages throughout the premises simultaneously

Authorizes licenseholders to maintain a designated area for retail sales and consumption of beverages authorized under their combined licenses, subject to specified conditions

Requires that all licenses be held under identical ownership and be either all master licenses or all branch offices (with craft distilled spirits licenses required to be master licenses only)
