Requires the California Department of Education to make statewide summative CAASPP assessment results publicly available on or before October 15 each year

Mandates that the State Board of Education's calendar for delivering results to the department be consistent with the October 15 deadline

Maintains existing requirements that individual assessment results be reported to local educational agencies within eight weeks of receipt by the scoring contractor

Preserves confidentiality protections by prohibiting public reporting of aggregated scores comprised of 10 or fewer pupil results and preventing identification of individual pupil or teacher performance
