Requires insurance agents and brokers to provide persons seeking basic property insurance coverage with information about the department's Home Insurance Finder in addition to the California FAIR Plan's website and toll-free number.

Amends Section 10095.5 of the Insurance Code to update terminology from "Internet Web site" to "internet website" and from "his or her" to "the agent's or broker's."

Applies to agents and brokers transacting basic property insurance who assist customers in obtaining coverage through one of three methods: submitting an application, providing contact information and resources, or placing the person with an insurer or surplus line broker.
