Mandates boards operating online license verification systems remove former names or genders from publicly viewable information and post a statement directing the public to contact the board if searching by a former name.

Prohibits boards from posting enforcement records online for individuals who changed their name or gender; instead requires posting a statement that the individual was previously subject to enforcement action with instructions to contact the board for details.

Allows licensees and registrants to request license reissuance at the same fee charged for other updated information and prohibits charging higher fees for name or gender updates.

Declares all records related to name and gender change requests confidential and not subject to public inspection or disclosure.
