Revises required posted warnings at licensed firearm dealer premises to include nine specific warnings in block letters at least one inch in height covering safe storage, legal penalties, lead exposure, federal purchase regulations, and lost/stolen firearm reporting requirements.

Requires dealers to post an additional warning notice on a contrasting background near gun displays or cash registers (within five feet) alerting customers to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and warning that firearm access increases risks of suicide, domestic violence incidents, and unintentional injury or death.

Specifies formatting requirements that "WARNING" and the suicide prevention lifeline information must appear on separate lines, and prohibits placement of notices on floors or ceilings.

Becomes operative on January 1, 2024.
