Extends indefinitely a prohibition on copayment and coinsurance caps for orally administered anticancer medications in health care service plans and health insurance policies, previously set to expire January 1, 2024.

Requires that total copayments and coinsurance for an individual 30-day supply of prescribed orally administered anticancer medication shall not exceed $250, regardless of deductibles.

Applies the $250 cap only after deductible satisfaction for high deductible health plans as defined in federal tax code Section 223(c)(2).

Excludes specialized dental and vision coverage plans, and Medicare coverage, from the anticancer medication cost-sharing requirements.

Exempts this act from state reimbursement requirements under California Constitution Article XIII B because any local agency costs result from changes to criminal penalties.
