Requires the State Department of Social Services to collect and separately categorize demographic data for CalFresh program reports by specific Latino groups, Mesoamerican Indigenous nations, and Mesoamerican Indigenous language groups.

Mandates the department include collected demographic data in all reports on ancestry or ethnic origins published or released on or after July 1, 2027.

Requires the department to report to the Legislature on or before July 1, 2027, and annually thereafter regarding collected data and collection methods, with data made publicly available online except for personal identifying information.

Directs the department to update its data collection within 18 months after each decennial United States Census is released to reflect additional Latino groups, Indigenous nations, and Indigenous language groups reported by the Census Bureau.

Requires the State Department of Public Health to comply with the same demographic data collection requirements on or after January 1, 2026, if funding is appropriated for this purpose.
