CA SB445

Requires the State Department of Education to translate the standardized individualized education program (IEP) template into the top 10 most commonly spoken languages in California other than English by January 1, 2027, or within 18 months of the template's conversion to a digital platform, whichever comes first.

Mandates the department make all translated IEP templates available on its internet website.

Requires the department to notify school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, and other stakeholders about the availability of the IEP templates and translated versions through website posting and other dissemination methods upon request.
