Requires the State Department of Social Services to post a single webpage listing available state resources for refugees and links to each county human assistance agency website.

Requires each county human services agency to post a single webpage listing available refugee resources including public transportation, financial literacy information, credit establishment resources, job training programs, mental health services, and affordable housing/rental assistance programs.

Establishes this as a state-mandated local program, with reimbursement to local agencies to be made pursuant to existing state mandate reimbursement procedures if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are mandated by the state.
