Requires plaintiffs to serve a notice letter on defendants specifying each alleged violation of construction-related accessibility standards before initiating a construction-related accessibility claim for statutory damages.

Provides defendants 120 days from service of the notice letter to correct alleged violations, with no liability for statutory damages, attorney's fees, or costs if violations are corrected within that timeframe.

Applies only to defendants who employ 50 or fewer individuals as of the date of notice receipt or at any point during the three years prior to notice receipt.

Prohibits plaintiffs from circumventing the notice and correction requirements by framing claims as general Americans with Disabilities Act violations when the underlying basis involves failure to comply with California physical accessibility standards.

Service of the notice letter may be accomplished by mail, personal delivery, or any other means authorized for service of a summons.
