Mandates email alerts about Political Reform Act bills include "Political Reform Act Bill" in the subject line for easy identification.

Allows the Fair Political Practices Commission to distribute bills to news media and the public more quickly while maintaining notification through electronic alerts.

Declares the bill furthers the purposes of the Political Reform Act of 1974, satisfying the constitutional requirement for amendments to the initiative measure.
